It is our great pleasure to inform you that the Children's Rights Moot Court 2021 is now welcoming applications. The 4th edition of this unique international moot court competition on children's rights is proudly presented by Leiden Law School in partnership with Baker & McKenzie.

In 2014, at the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Department of Child Law of Leiden Law School, Leiden University in the Netherlands initiated a new and international moot court in which student teams from all over the world compete around real, topical and complex children's rights matters. The 2nd and 3rd editions of the children's rights moot court were held in Leiden in 2017 and 2019. Due to COVID-19, the 2021 edition will take place in online form.
